Our Role

As a planner, you will be the key contact before works for the operational team. You will have full accountability for the planning & Streetworks aspects of all works before they commence on site. You will ensure that all operational teams are able to undertake their work in line with the received push plans and requested dates as well as compliant with NRSWA and ensure that timescales are adhered to minimising any financial impact to the company.

This role will be based within the United Utilities offices at Lingley Mere, Warrington

Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of the workstreams, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completion

You will schedule work orders in accordance with SLA’s, whilst optimising travel routes and increasing productivity

You take the lead on customer liaison; calling door to door, attending customer meet & greet events, producing updates via letters, leaflets, text messages etc.

You will Identify noticing issues and apply early intervention, to ensure that all information derived from inspections and other sources is correctly handled to ensure correct response from utilities and other promoters of Street Works activity and to minimise challenges to Section 74 invoices and FPNs

You will maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated

You will ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner

You will provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved

You will provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change

You will ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures
